I have recently listened to the instrumental album Odd Tape by D.C. producer and rapper Oddisee, which was released on May 13, 2016. The album is fifty five minutes long and the songs are somewhat long, with the longest reaching about six and a half minutes. Each song is different from the last, which keeps the album from becoming stale. I would have to say my favorite song from the album is “The Breakthrough”. Oddisee keeps the whole album interesting without saying a single word. If you like instrumental hip hop or jazz albums, I would absolutely recommend this.
